#RallyRolla has arrived back into the McMRallysport work shed.

A bit of tidying up is needed, and then for the trial build up.  We don’t want to paint it nicely only to find we need to weld in a bracket for a fire extinguisher.
Most of the power unit and drive system has been purchased and is on its way to the team.
We have sourced a heated windscreen, so no need for heater box etc. Seat rails are incorporated into the cage. Moved internal and back next to B pillar. Also angled in slightly to move head away from roof and roll cage.
Wiring loom strip in process to get it back to basics.  No need for stereo or electric seat wiring.
Battery moved to the rear. Switch box to be placed on transmission tunnel.

Dash has been test fitted and aligned.
Will now flock it.
Have started on welding up small holes and plating around area’s the cage comes through.
Paint stripping, Kevlar under-body and sundry item making has also commenced.
Now to figure out the electric power steering conundrum. How to make a Toyota Corolla electric power steering system operate without an ECU.

Have been speaking with specialists in the UK about how to go about it.  Will see what they can come up with.
