2014 was to see the introduction of the McM Rallysport ZRE-152 Toyota Corolla.
McM’s previous sponsor City Southside real estate offered a car as part of their association.

McM Rallysport applied to ARCOM (Australian Rally Commission) to allow a 2010 model Corolla to be powered by a Toyota ZRE-132 Sportivo 2ZZGE motor. After investigating and reviewing provided information, approval was given for use of the 2ZZ. This opened a whole new level of performance upgrades available over that of the standard motor fitted.
We have approached renowned motor builder and 2ZZ expert Neil Trama to build the new engine for the Corolla. Similar in design to the motors used in cars which have contested the Nurburgring 24 hour and Lotus cars contesting European touring car events, expectations are for around 200+HP at the front wheels. This a major increase in power over the 100HP at the flywheel of the standard Corolla.
A build up page will be linked to the McM Rallysport website detailing progress similar to that of the previous McM Mazda Buildup.
